ALL SAINTS EPISCOPAL CHURCH
Kids In Church
At All Saints, we nurture faith in children and young families wherever they are. We make space for children whenever they are here—integrated, visible, welcomed. Our hope is that every child knows they belong in worship, in community, and in the life of the church.
In Church
Children are welcome to participate fully in worship. Kids’ bulletins and small crayon packs are available each Sunday, offering simple ways to follow along and engage. A soft space in the sanctuary provides room for quiet play, creativity, and sensory‑friendly support. Children are also welcome at the altar—both while the Table is being set and during the Eucharistic Prayer—so they can see, hear, and experience the heart of our worship up close. If you need a place to break away to, our nursery is available for your peaceful enjoyment. Older children are encouraged to join youth group as they feel ready.
Gospel Activities
Between services, children and families gather at the picnic tables or in the library for a simple, hands‑on Gospel activity. Play‑Doh, placemats, seasonal crafts, and all‑ages projects help connect the story to everyday life. Adults are invited to join in—faith grows best when we learn together.
At Home
Families receive monthly mailings with age‑appropriate materials to support faith at home—board books, pocket hugs, encouragement cards, and seasonal activities. During Advent, each household will receive a child‑friendly wreath with weekly candle‑lighting prompts and simple teaching notes. These small touchpoints help keep faith present in daily routines.
Pack‑a‑Sack Sundays
On Pack‑a‑Sack Sundays, kids are invited to get a head start on packing sacks and learning about how this program supports local children and families. It’s a simple, hands‑on way to practice compassion and understand how their church helps neighbors in need. More about the program: onecommunitynow.com/for-children/
